What services do The Bar Chix offer?We provide mobile bartending services for private events, corporate functions, weddings, and brand activations. We also offer bartending staffing services for venues, restaurants, and pop-up events. Our services include customized cocktail menus, full-service bar setups, and brand collaborations.

What areas do you serve?We are based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and serve surrounding areas. If your event is outside this area, travel fees may apply.

Do I need to provide alcohol for my event?Yes, The Bar Chix does not provide alcohol. We are a dry hire service meaning clients are responsible for purchasing alcohol, but we can assist with recommendations and pickup services (for an additional fee).

How do I book your services?To book our bartending services, click the “Book Now” button on our home page or in the “Our Services” section. Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 72 hours to confirm details and finalize your booking.

Do you require a deposit?Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit/debit cards, electronic payments (CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle), and bank transfers. Full payment details will be provided upon booking.

What’s included in your bartending packages?Our packages vary, but all include professional and insured bartenders, bar tools, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws, and napkins. Some packages also include full mobile bar setups and custom drink menus.

Do you offer signature cocktail creations?Yes! We can create a customized cocktail menu based on your event theme and preferences. This is included in select packages or available as an add-on.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can you accommodate non-alcoholic events?Absolutely! We offer mocktail bars and non-alcoholic beverage services for kids' parties, corporate events, and wellness-focused gatherings.

Can you provide bartenders for venues and restaurants?Yes, we offer bartender staffing services for bars, restaurants, and event venues. We provide highly skilled bartenders for temporary, seasonal, or long-term staffing needs.

Do you offer wedding bartending services?Yes! We specialize in luxury wedding bartending, offering signature cocktails, champagne toast services, custom glassware, and themed decor to match your wedding vision.

Do you offer corporate event packages?Yes! Our corporate bartending packages include branded cocktail menus, custom drinkware, and liquor brand activations. We provide tailored services for company parties, networking events, and brand promotions.

Can you provide brand collaborations and sponsorships?Yes! We work with liquor brands, corporate sponsors, and event planners to create high-visibility brand activations. Contact us for partnership opportunities!

Are your bartenders licensed and insured?Yes! All of our bartenders are trained, certified, and insured to provide professional bartending services. We prioritize safety and compliance to ensure a smooth event experience.

Can you obtain special event liquor licensing for festivals and pop-ups?Yes! For festivals, pop-ups, and special events where we sell liquor, we can obtain the necessary special event liquor licensing. This must be arranged in advance and the cost of the licensing must be covered by the client.

What are your deposit and payment terms?To secure your event date and ensure an exceptional bartending experience, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date. • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required at booking. • Final Payment Deadline: The full remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. • Payment Reminders: We will send email and text reminders before your final payment is due.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows: • Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations (More than 14 Days Before Event): Clients who cancel at least 14 days before their event will receive a full refund excluding the deposit. • Cancellations (Less than 14 Days Before Event): Clients who cancel within 14 days of their event will not receive a refund. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, but availability is not guaranteed.

Is gratuity included in the pricing?A 15% auto-gratuity is applied to all bookings. Additional tips are always appreciated by our bartenders!

Are there travel fees for events outside of Baton Rouge?Yes, travel fees may apply for events outside our service area. This will be discussed during your consultation.

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?We recommend booking as early as possible, but we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability. Rush fees may apply.

Do you offer glassware, or is it disposable only?Most packages include disposable cups, but glassware rentals are available as an add-on.

Do you provide ice and coolers?Yes, ice and coolers are included in most of our packages. However, large-scale events may require additional ice, which can be added for an extra fee.
